Please let me know if your pet has any special dietary needs, medical needs, medicines that will need to be administered, or allergies. It is also helpful to know their temperament and whether they get along well with other animals/humans and if they have any sensitivities to objects/noise. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: *For boarding and day care requests, I like to schedule a meet and greet in advance to get to know you and your pet. I will normally suggest a location in my neighborhood, so your pet can get acclimated to the area in advance. *Suggested items to bring for boarding and day care: -pet food for the entirety of the stay -any pet comfort items such as toys, blankets, treats, or items that remind them of their owner if they suffer from separation anxiety -crate and/or carrier for longer stays (I also have a large size dog bed that they are welcome to use) -any medicines -leash and collar or harness -poop bags -water and food bowls (If your pet isn't particular, I have a set at my home) -any instructions around walking, feeding, sleeping, medication administration, commands, etc -jackets/sweaters during colder months OTHER SERVICES: Need other care services, such as someone to take your fur baby to the vet or watch your angel onsite at your wedding while you get married?
