Lauren was very nice in person, and good at communicating while I was gone. I was confident in leaving and throughout my trip while I was gone (for about 12 days). I was shocked when I got back at the state my place was in. Both of the dog's crates were filthy, like they had multiple accidents in them, some of them smelling and seeming quite old. In my experience, they only have accidents in their crate if left in there for a very long time alone, like over ten hours. They had used groceries from my fridge without asking, and though they did pay me back for it it's still inconvenient. Having left my place immaculately clean, I was surprised to come home and find several messes in addition to the horrible state of the dogs' crates. There was a dog toy left in my bathtub, that looked like it had somehow gotten covered in poop? The dogs are not allowed in my bedroom, but somehow got in while they were cleaning and one of them peed on my mattress topper. They had left in on the floor in my room with no attempt to clean it, and when I took them up on the offer to help me clean it after I had returned they never followed through. Overall, the animals seemed well socialized enough when I got back, and the communication was good but having to clean for hours right when I got back from a long day of traveling was a huge let down. The biggest issue by far though was that my dogs spent I don't know how much time in their own filth in their crates, which is unacceptable.

Lauren and Amber are so wonderful. Hank and Batman always have a great time together. It's so nice that Hank gets to have a companion during his stays. Will certainly use them again as usual! <3 them.
