Pet care experience
We have 27 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and absolutely love all animals! We met at a dog park and took our dogs on our honeymoon and vacations - they have always been a huge part of our lives. Our fur baby and best friend, Hannah, recently passed away and we miss having a dog in our home to spoil and spend time with. We used to say that Hannah was not just loved, she was adored, and we promise to adore your baby!

We used Lauren and Matt to take care of Kody for a long weekend and he had the BEST time. While he is a great and well-behaved dog he is very high energy and often demands human attention. Lauren and Matt provided him with walks, play, exercise and cuddles. Not sure he wanted to leave!!!
Lauren and Matt are amazing pet caretakers. We sent our three fur kids to stay with them for a few days and they were well care for. They were awesome at communicating about our dogs day, sent photos and videos to show how they were getting along and did a great first meetup to understand how their temperaments and habits to make sure they could provide everything needed. We will 100% rebook with them for all of our longterm pet care needs!
Lauren and Matt were fantastic and took excellent care of Moxie while we were away for five days. They sent us many updates and made us feel comfortable with leaving her. We highly recommend them to take care of your fur babies.
Our 15-year-old mini labradoodle enjoyed his time with Lauren and Matt. He was well cared for, and he loved his walks in the woods. Lauren and Matt provided a cozy home during Scout's first time away from family and friends. We were appreciative of the daily photos they sent. Lauren and Matt took great care of our senior dog, and we highly recommend them for a stress-free home away from home.

We live on over 9 acres of land with a long private driveway and a walking trail that your dog(s) can enjoy. We believe dogs are family members and treat them as such. We work with only one family at a time so we can ensure your dog(s) gets all the attention they deserve. We love to hike with dogs (if that is something you are comfortable with) and spend time outdoors.

We want to make sure your dog is as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. We like to know your their daily routine, feeding habits, any special quirks unique to them, medications/special needs, favorite activities, and of course, how many treats they are allowed a day! We are happy to accommodate special needs and requests.
A typical day
We love spending time with dogs taking walks, hiking and hanging out. Our morning routine usually consists of a walk, with potty breaks during the day. We go for an afternoon walk and then like to play or sit outside. There is an evening walk before bed. We will follow your dog’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable.

Availability
I work from home and am able to take breaks as needed. Your dog(s) are welcome in any area of the house and we have a screened-in porch if they want to lie down on their bed and look outside. Our routines tend to revolve around our animal's routines and we will follow your dog's schedule.
