I have lived with dogs for most of my life, and cared for other's pets since I was around ten years old. For the past three years I have been the proud dog mom of my whippet Zuko, and a year later we added our collie Nani to the family. Both of these dogs live in a one bedroom apartment with my wife and I, so I know how important it is to meet a dog's exercise and mental stimulation needs. Zuko is working on his Champion trick dog title, and both dogs have an extensive collection of brain-stimulating toys they would be happy to share for the day. I have extensive experience with dog and human reactivity, anxiety, and a variety of annoying behaviors. As long as I (a 125lb woman) am physically able to keep the dog and others safe, I am comfortable with their temperament and quirks!
