Pet care experience
I've grown up with animals my entire. I have several years of experience in pet sitting, including multiple repeat clients. I am also a social worker, and I do not condone discrimination. Cats and dogs of every size, shape, and color are wonderful in my book. I'm hoping you will sense the sarcasm in this description, but in all seriousness, pets are awesome and I'm pretty awesome, too.

Lauren has been dog-sitting for my then-puppy and senior dog for the past four years. She is an experienced pet owner and treats my pets as if they were her own. She is intuitive, responsible, and great at managing the different energy levels and needs of my two dogs. She is especially sweet and patient with my extremely-anxious senior dog. I couldn't recommend Lauren more - I trust her completely!!

Please let me know if your pet has any behavioral triggers (i.e. scared of loud noises or the sound of the doorbell), or medical needs. I am happy to accommodate.
A typical day
I will meet your pet where they are, as any good social worker will do :) If they are energetic, I’m open to walks or playing in the yard when able. If I’m staying with a cat or dog who just loves to lounge, I can easily do that too.

Availability
I work full time in Cordova, and live in Midtown. I live and care for my two cats at home, but am also open to pet sitting away from home. I am unable to leave work in the middle of the day to accommodate potty breaks, but will of course be able to leave for any sort of emergency.
