What a disaster. Prior to hiring Lauren, we did a house visit with her and explained that our previous house sitter didn’t actually stay with the dogs and bc of that we wanted to make our expectations very clear. We hired Lauren to house sit 2 of our dogs over Thanksgiving and came home to absolute chaos. I had a bad feeling when I hadn’t heard from her from Thursday until Sunday. It was worse than I could’ve imagined. One of the dogs bled all over the guest bed. She left bright pink highlighter looking makeup on our white towels. Poop in 2 spots on rugs and 6 pee spots total. As I walked around the house I kept stepping in pee that had clearly been there for hours/days. We leave our dogs out during the day while we are at work & there are never any problems. This indicated to us that the dogs had been left inside alone for much longer than 6-8 hours. It took us several hours to clean up all of the mess. The neglect and mess that we have endured is horrific. DO NOT HIRE.

Lauren was fantastic with our older dog. Lauren was at our house at the time she said she was going to be there and left us very detailed messages along with text message photos. Lauren went as far as bringing a delivery in for us that was delivered when we were not home. Lauren was extremely professional and I will be using her services again in the future.
