Hello! My names Lauren, I've been a Veterinary Assistant for a decade, specifically in animal shelter medicine. I have a passion for animal rescue and welfare, and treat each animal as an individual soul, worthy of respect, patience and care specific to their needs. I am fear free certified and aim to reduce an animals FAS (fear, anxiety, and stress) in every interaction I have with them. I deeply understand the bond and love we share with our pets, and would like to make you both as comfortable as possible when your pets are in my care whether that be for a walk, babysitting, administering medicine, nail trims, or more. I have a unique set of skills and abilities from my background in shelter care. I have worked with any and every type of animal temperament, and have worked with a variety of species.

I believe at home care is the best for a less stressful experience for your animals. Their day to day has already been disrupted, so the less change possible the better. At home they will still feel safe and comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.

Lauren has been absolutely amazing with our cats! Some of them are very shy, but she went above and beyond to win their trust. She also puts very meticulous effort in checking in on them and their habits. One of our cats is extremely active and she always made time to make sure he was happy and entertained. All of them enjoyed her attentions and treats
Lauren is an amazing cat sitter! My cat Mowgli LOVED her. She was punctual, kind, and took amazing care of Mowgli. She also sent updates and so many photos during her daily visit, which made me happy since it was my first time leaving him with a sitter that wasn’t a family member or friend. 15/10 experience. Lauren took such good care of my elderly cat that I didn’t have to worry about her while I was on vacation. The photos she took reassured me that Coco was happy, healthy, and content. I will definitely book her the next time I go away!
