Animals have always gravitated to me. I'm Lauren, an animal lover who is very responsible, dependable, respectful, and easy-going. I will take great care of your animal(s)/house while you are away. Each session with your pets is customized to fit their needs and can include a walk, play time, snuggling, belly rubs, feeding, medicating, refreshing water, and cleaning up after your pet. I visit your pets in your home and adhere to a schedule you and I feel will work well for your pets. Complimentary services include bringing in the mail, rotating house lights, watering house plants, and taking care of trash & recycling on pick-up day. After each visit with your pet companions, I provide a detailed report of all the fun and noteworthy events that transpired during our time together. Often times I'll include pictures! I recognize how important the connection is between you and your pet, and I do my very best to alleviate any anxiety that you may have while you are away! These updates can be sent via text or email to you. References are available upon request. Friendly, reliable pet sitter/house sitter. I've done quite a few gigs over the years for friends, family, co-workers, and through referrals. Lengths have been from a couple days to a full month. Why I love dog sitting I have always been a dog lover. Grew up with dogs and spent summers on my Grandparents' ranch with all sorts of animals. Since I can't commit to one of my own just yet, I am content for now to be the "favorite aunt" to my friends' and family' doggers and would be thrilled to be the same to yours! My experience administering medication Yes, I have experience with administering medication and I'm comfortable with it. Just let me know if your dog needs help with that. Please also reach out to me if you are in need of a dog walker or someone to check in on your pets during the day from time to time. I work from home and my schedule allows for some flexibility, so I enjoy getting out and taking dogs for a walk or even a run (if they are up for it). I have lots of clients that just book for dog walking a couple days a week or when they can't make it home at lunch or have a late meeting.

Lauren is wonderful. We have two very hyper dogs that we were worried about anyone having to deal with, and she was fantastic. She came over to meet the gals before we left, and she was exceptional at dealing with their quirks and needs. Her communication was great, and that put us at ease to enjoy our family event. I do not have any breed preferences as long as the dog is calm and friendly all around. Before sitting a dog, I would like to meet the owner and dog. I would also like to know about any special needs or preferences regarding allergies, medication, food, toys, walks, etc. I'd also like to know about any house rules such as whether the dog is allowed on the furniture, upstairs in the home, etc. And, of course, any information you wish to pass on to me that will make you more comfortable while you're away!

I enjoy coming back to a clean home when I go on vacation so I apply the same mentality for my clients by wiping down surfaces I've used and vacuuming, etc..
