About me: I am a 30-something restaurant professional and animal lover. I moved to Delaware in 2019 to be close to family. I work evenings and have a flexible schedule. Pet care experience: I have provided pet boarding and dog walking through Rover for two years, in Washington, DC and Asheville, NC. In DC, I worked for a boutique pet care company (District Dogs) as a dog walker and pet sitter from 2018 through 2019. I am experienced with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and other pets too! About my dog, Layla: I have a 7-year-old, 30-pound rescue dog who loves having doggy friends to go on adventures with. Layla is submissive, affectionate and playful. Our home: I live in a pet-friendly first floor of a rowhome with a private fenced-in backyard yard, a block from the Brandywine River Park. I have plenty of space and use a secure, extra tall doggy gate to separate dogs during mealtimes and when they cannot be immediately supervised. Booking with us: No requests will be accepted with less than 48 hours notice (exceptions may be made for repeat clients). "Meet and greet" consultation is required ahead of booking.
