Welcome! Hello, my name is Lauren! I am currently a full-time student and a Division I Track & Field and Cross Country athlete. I've had over 18 years of personal experience taking care of animals! Growing up in my family's household, we always owned a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, and fish! I began pet sitting in my neighborhood in 2020 for my friends, family, and neighbors! Currently, in Charlotte, I live in a house with 3 other roommates/teammates and we have the sweetest puppy named Maple.

Taking care of your pet is extremely important to me, I want to make sure you and your pet feel safe and secure while in my hands. Whether your house or mine, I will constantly have my eyes on them to make sure they stay out of trouble and stay safe. I live in a relatively large yet safe and friendly neighborhood, with plenty of sidewalks and space in the backyard to roam around. There will be lots of playing with toys, going on walks, potty breaks, enjoying yummy treats, and an endless amount of cuddles and love. I will also keep you, as the owner, in touch with many pictures and texts throughout your pet's stay with me! Thank you for considering me as your future pet sitter! Before I watch your pet it is important for me to know a little more about your dog's personality and behavior! How can I make sure your dog is comfortable and feels safe around me? Does your dog follow a specific routine? A specific diet? Any medicine?
A typical day
While I’m hanging out with your pet some fun activities I’d love to do with them include taking them on a walk in the neighborhood, or if they are up for it a quick 2-3 mile run (to get all that energy out), playing with their favorite toys, and giving them lots of hugs, cuddles, and of course treats!

Availability
I am currently a student-athlete, meaning I am taking classes and have daily practices and/or competitions. This is something I would be working around but, not everyday is a busy day. I would love to spend time with your pet! I am a very active and energetic person so I’m always on the go!
