Pet care experience
I grew up taking care of my childhood dog. Everything from the basics of feeding, bathing, walking, or even giving her some special attention after a medical visits. I often pet sit for friends and family as I really love taking care of their dogs! I feel I have gained a lot of good experience with pets over the years and love to be around them. I plan to rescue a pup of my own some day.

Lauren is an amazing dog sitter. She is caring, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. My pup is always excited to spend time with her, and it’s nice to not have to worry about her whenever Lauren is in-charge.
Lauren would be an amazing addition to the rover family. Lauren took care of my french bulldog, Bruno, numerous times. Mostly overnight stays. I always felt comfortable leaving Bruno with Lauren and Bruno loved staying with her, almost to the point where he was sad when she had to leave. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone thinking about using her a dog caregiver.

My home has a fenced in backyard and is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a walking trail. There are no other animals or roommates at my house. Per Rover guidelines, pick up time should be within 24 hours from drop off. I understand travel issues can arise, and am happy to accommodate your needs. Extended pick-ups will be charged as daycare so your dog will be covered under Rover's insurance after the initial 24h period.

I have no preferences - I love all dogs. I would like to know some basics ahead of booking about defensive behavior away from home. For example, if they are prone to bite, if they are territorial, if they’re not friendly towards new faces, if they mark inside homes, etc.
A typical day
There’s a trail just steps from my house and dogs love my spacious backyard. I love walks myself so on weekends or with extra time during the week, would love to take them to other longer trails nearby.
