Please see my calendar for availability* As a child growing up I was always surrounded by family dogs. We had 4 whippets who I loved dearly. Growing up with family pets taught me responsibility as a young age and I wanted nothing more than to have my own dog when I moved out. Since meeting my Husband, and having our own family we decided to get a family dog, Maisy a Miniature Dachshund. She is now 4 years old. She is the most loyal and loving little girl with a big spirit! There is nothing more we enjoy as a family than going on long walks in our local green spaces and for cuddles on the sofa with our furry baby. We take having a pet very seriously, having a comprehensive pet insurance in place and we are also signed up to our local vets pet plan where Maisy has regular vet checks, vaccinations etc. When we brought Maisy home at 8 weeks old we attended in person puppy training classes to establish a routine. My Husband and I are always wanting to learn more about our dog and her behavior and have recently attended an online behavior management course, particularly focused on barking. We regularly meet up with family members and their dogs, and care for their dogs when they go on holidays etc. We like to make any visitors feel very welcome and to ensure have a home from home experience. We treat furry visitors like human ones, and we welcome them on our furniture etc. We are available for dog sitting and boarding at our home, please note we do have a toddler so any dogs we take on need to be child friendly.
