Pet care experience
Hey there! I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 15 years. Pets truly hold a special place in my heart. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on my pet care expertise to feed, walk, and play with their pets. Your fur baby’s safety and comfort are my priority, and I will treat them as if they’re my own (I have two lab mixes!). I understand it can be worrisome to leave your pet as you travel which is why I will always keep you posted on my arrival and departure, plus a photo to show you our outing at the time of service. With overnight visits, I’ll send you regular picture updates to give you peace of mind as frequently as you’d like. Furthermore, your home is in good hands too. I take care of my clients’ space–cleaning up after myself in prep for your arrival.

Lauren checked in on my cats while I was away. She made sure all my cat’s needs were met. She was very easy to communicate with! My cat apparently wasn’t shy around her and that says a lot given that he’s normally shy around strangers. Lauren definitely passed the vibe check for my fur babes!!
Lauren was so helpful & understanding as this was our first time to have a sitter. From our first meeting, she was so warm & kind & took to our fur babes. Our dog was more anxious with her than I anticipated while we were away and Lauren had tools to help ease her anxiety and let us know what was going on, in detail, every visit. I'm so thankful Lauren was our sitter and able to help our animals and us be well cared for!
Our Australian Shepard had several health issues as an older dog. Lauren was always so kind and gentle. Cataracts, weak legs, medications, and special diets would deter most pet sitters, but Lauren was always compassionate, loving, and attentive to all his special needs. Our little guy got lots of walks, belly rubs, playtime, and kisses. We never had a worry about our pet and she kept us informed on his daily progress. For overnight stays, she was a great companion for our fur baby and was a very responsible house sitter as well. (Watered indoor/outdoor plants, brought in mail/packages, and so much more) She has such a big heart for all canines, and it shows in her pet ownership journey of fostering and adoptions. Lauren has our full support and highest recommendation for pet caregiving.
Lauren has a huge heart and you can see that in the way she cares for pets. All animals seem to flock towards her positive energy! My own dog is very anxious and hard to win over, but dropped that attitude upon his first meeting with Lauren; I believe pets can tell that she is a good soul. Lauren has had a lot of experience in raising dogs with different personalities and she is one of the few people I trust with my Pork Chop because she understands the body language of different dogs and caters to their individual needs.

Availability
I work full-time remotely, so I'll be able to be with your pets as long as you need me! I'm available on weekdays and weekends. I require two weeks' advanced notice for overnights- thank you for understanding.
