Recently, I had to say good bye to my 15 year old miracle dog, Toasty. In the last 2 years, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, had kidney problems, and had frequent seizures all which caused him to be on several types of medication he needed to take twice daily. My whole life became centered around caring for my furry little grandpa and I think I learned more patience during this time but also grew to love him even more than I already did. I love puppies, like pretty much anyone, but older dogs have a special place in my heart. Young or old, I promise your dog will get the same love, attention, and care I gave my little Toasty right until his last days.
