My mini bernedoodle, Friday, and I would love to welcome your furry family member into our home! I've been a dog lover since birth and have helped care for pets of friends and neighbors since I was a kid. I started Rover sitting in May 2022 and have enjoyed getting to know the unique personality of each furry friend that has stayed with us. Friday loves having another dog around to play or lounge with, whatever their preference! As a dog owner myself, I know what it's like to leave your pet behind. Your dog will get lots of attention and affection during their stay, and I will send you daily updates with photos/videos!

Leo seemed to have a great time with Lauren and her dog, Friday. It was really nice for Leo to have a playmate, and he had a great fenced in area to run around. Lauren was very responsive and friendly.
Lauren was great!! She was very responsive, sent the best photos and videos of Webster, and very flexible about timing of pickup/drop off and schedule changes. We knew Webster was in great hands, and we will definitely use Lauren again in the future for our dog sitting needs. Highly recommend!

My Mt. Pleasant location and condo building are ideal for dogs! Our building has a large & grassy fenced dog park that is perfect for romping or sunbathing. Friday and I usually have it to ourselves or shared with a couple doggy friends from our building. Rock Creek Park is also nearby and is great for sniffing adventures or hiking to burn off energy!

A typical day
I will take your dog to our dog park or on walks each day. I also like to visit the nearby Rock Creek trails for a shaded hike during the summer months or when the weather is nice! When at home we snuggle, relax, and play with toys.

I work on a hybrid office/WFH schedule and am typically at home Thursday-Monday, but can always be flexible. My office is nearby in Dupont Circle and I'm usually back by 4-5pm on office days. For an additional fee, I'm happy to offer pick up/drop off from your preferred location!
