I have had large breed dogs growing up. I now have an energetic Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever. I have fostered all ages of dogs for extended periods of time through Northern Critters in Need.

A typical day
I walk my dogs twice a day. One is usually in the morning/early afternoon to help get their energy out. The second is usually a sniff walk through thr neighborhood for mental stimulation.
