If you are trying to decide on whether or not to reach-out to Lauren for care of your fur baby, please read this review. Lauren was an absolutely AMAZING care-taker. Lauren is extremely prompt and caring. I had an emergency and I was able to book with Lauren literally in the middle of the night, she was so understanding and welcoming of my whole situation, and allowed me to bring my dog immediately! I have an Italian Greyhound! All my greyhound owners know how shy and timid those guys are! And how much love and cuddling they need! My dog was really scared at first, and Lauren embraced him and gave him warm words. He immediately became totally comfortable with her.. Lauren is truly a gifted animal lover and a professional! Also, there was a huge snow storm and my little dog is horrible with (outdoor) pottys during storms. Lauren intuitively picked up on this issue. She diligently cleared snow from the front of her home and compassionately guided my dog to do all his pottys successfully. I also didn’t even realize that I had forgotten key items in the rush of things (such as my dog’s sweater and food bowl). Lauren didn’t even notify me, she just proactively gathered everything my dog needed and took great care of him! My dog was so happy, healthy, warm and well rested when I picked him up. Lauren is an exceptional care-taker and I will absolutely be booking with her again. I am so glad to have found her. :)

Great experience overall! Communication was constant and efficient and for my dog to be naturally very anxious, he was very comfortable with her! I am grateful for her service!
