Seeking playful pals!
Pet care experience
Hi I’m Lauren. My husband and I own a home in North Minneapolis and have an energetic and loving springer spaniel. No other humans live with us, occasional family visitors. I work from home most of the week. We love having furry friends over to run around the backyard or just take naps! I also sometimes foster with Secondhand Hounds. I would love to care your small or large pup. We have most of the things dogs need here including a large crate, toys, leashes, and bowls. Can administer meds and cuddles 🤗. Will gladly walk your dog if needed or separate the dogs if I necessary. All breeds and sizes welcome, I love them all! Send any questions you may have my way. Some things I would like to know about your dog: whether they should be walked, if they can have peanut butter, and how/where they normally sleep. Can’t wait to meet you!
Reviews
Lauren is amazing she watched my puppy for over 24 hours. She is very Reliable and trustworthy Daisy always comes home tired. I will be using her quite a bit recommend her fully
Lauren was incredibly professional and accomodating. We set up a meet and greet at a convenient time and Grover (our dog) and Jinx (her dog) got along famously. Travelling over a long weekend and needing to leave behind a pup due to etended family allergy issues and hotel restrictions is tough, but Lauren sent continual photos and videos throughout our trip which gave us peace of mind that Grover was having a great time with her and Jinx. He came home happy and tired which, for a 6 month old puppy, is really the best results we could ask for after a trip. We'll defintiely book Lauren again when the opportunity arises.
Lauren is really relaxed, accommodating, and easy to work with. She helped us out when we needed to make changes and she was really kind about it. She would be our top choice and her dog was a great play partner for our pup!
Dear Rover, It is with immense excitement that I recommend Lauren, who is a close friend, to become a dog sitter. I have known Lauren for five months now. In that short period of time, Lauren has shown me the love and patience with her dog and foster dogs that only a true dog lover could show. It's clear that Laurens sees dogs as more than just pets but as family members. Lauren is a cherished person, and I am honored to know her. I recommend Lauren without reservation. She is a dedicated, and trustworthy person. I am confident that she would make a valuable addition to the Rover network. Sincerely, Todd

We crate our dogs each night and let them run around the yard several times each day. We will let your dog have free access to the main floor and basement and sleep wherever you prefer, assuming it’s safe. We separate during meal time to accommodate resource guarders. Please give instructions for more specific care.

Information Lauren E. would like to know about your pet
Let us know what special needs your dog has including allergies, illness, aggression or anxiety. Our dogs eat mostly kibble so you should bring food if that’s not their thing. We will separate dogs for meal times. We want to set the dogs up for success!
A typical day
We get up between 9 and 10am. After potties and exercise we do meals or snacks. Dogs can have supervised play until about noon when we go back outside. Our dogs like to run and wrestle! We also have lots of bones and other toys. Dinner is at about 5pm. Bedtime is around 10 after the final outside run. We offer a nighttime snack. Our house is surrounded by several parks that we can walk to if needed.
