Lauren and her dog are very sweet and kind. The only problem I had was the significant lack of communication. My dog stayed with Lauren for two nights and three days. I didn’t receive as many updates as I would have liked or as many updates as I have received with other rover sitters. There was a point that I got so worried because I wasn’t hearing back from her that I had to call the emergency line. I had to request for a video or something to know our puppy was okay, and if you have to request proof of your pets well being, there is a problem. I would not recommend this sitter for pet owners who have a sensitive dog and pet owners who need updates on their pets well-being. If you don’t need communication, this sitter is absolutely fine. Her only major problem is committing to consistent communication.
