Pet care experience
Hi! I am 34 years old and the proud mama of two dogs. We are an active family, going for long walks, jogs, and trips to play fetch in the park. We are a friendly family ready to give love to your pet the same as we do ours. We have a small backyard, two available crates if that is something you need, and we work reasonable hours with flexibility to be at home if need be. I hold very high standards for attention, love, and exercise for my own dogs. My dogs are my children and I would give the same care to yours.

My dogs are monitored daily for food and water intake, consistency of bowel movements, as well as mood and energy. I do this because they are older, they are city dogs and I want to be vigilant about their health. My dogs are crate trained and that is their safe space, it helps manage their anxiety and give them a piece of the home that is solely theirs. During the day they get endless belly rubs, couch snuggling, and have an entire wardrobe of t-shirts and sweatshirts to choose from if they are cold. This is the level of care I would give to any pet I was walking or sitting, as well. Our pets are our children and I love and provide for them as such.

My one guy is not very social and he struggles with meeting new people. If your dog has similar issues, please just give me a heads up with tricks to put him or her to ease. I am very empathetic to these situations and I can provide a great deal of patience, just give me some insider tips :)
A typical day
We usually walk about 30 minutes early in the morning. When we lived by Prospect Park we always went running together during off-leash hours. I absolutely love to pop a podcast on and play fetch in the park - these are the type of activities I can provide if your dog is active. For our less active and/or older dogs, I'm great at belly rubs, snuggling, and leisurely walks close to home.

Availability
I am available for overnight boarding so long as your pet is house trained and good with other (small) dogs. For walking, I am available 4-10 PM M-F, 9 AM - 11 PM on weekends.
