I cant believe I never reviewed this stay! Because she knew I was in Europe she thought she could get away with not being at my home as I was paying her to do. She left my dogs alone for 14 and a 1/2 hours. One dog was a puppy and in a cage that whole time. He messed in the cage, and she never cleaned it up. When I got back home I could smell the problem and had to clean the whole area around this cage. I know these details are true because I had my security cameras on. I had them set to alerts for when she came in. I kept checking the cameras for that whole 14 and a 1/2 hrs - and also confirmed with my neighbors that she was not at the house. It wasn't until I messaged her asking where she was that she gave me an update. She didn't answer the question, though. Instead she said "I'll be there in 20 minutes". More than 30 minutes later she arrived. During our meet-n-greet I had told her to let me know when she was leaving the house so I could turn on my security cameras (or off if she was arriving). She encouraged me to leave them on the entire time. But during my trip I realized she probably said that because she didn't want me to know how long she was leaving my dogs alone. I am still sickened thinking about how long my dogs did not get fed or have a potty break.

Lauren is awesome! She loved and took care of my dogs like they were her own pets. She is very friendly, sent pics of my dogs throughout her stay and left my home immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend Lauren.
