Hello fellow dog/cat lovers! I have been a dog sitter and walker for 3 years for several different breeds. I have handled dogs with anxiety as well as behavioral issues so I believe there is no situation I cannot handle. I am a mom of 2 cats and hope to adopt a dog of my own soon! I have always been an animal lover so it is my mission to be compassionate, but also keep active and have lots of fun playing together! I would love to care for your furry friends during weekdays and/or weekends. Currently, I am a graduate nurse searching for a full time job, so I view this is an excellent opportunity to pay off loans in the meantime. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. This was our first time using Rover. We were hesitant since our dog hasn’t always been great with strangers in the past. Lauren made us feel comfortable right away and was great with our dog! We would definitely ask her to take care of our dog again and highly recommend her!
Lauren is a very responsible hard-working college educated young lady . Lauren has watched my 15 pound mini dachshund both in my home and in her own home .. she cared for and loved my puppy just as I do. I would like to know if they have a preferred routine and any behaviors distinct to the dog that I should recognize in order to best care for them. I would also like to know if they would be scared or aggressive when meeting new people (after all, I am a stranger to them).
A typical day
I usually take dogs on long walks around the neighborhood or local parks if the owner allows. I love playing fetch, showing affection, and playing around with toys with dogs. I look at it as exercise for myself as well as the dog!
