Lauren is an excellent care taker! She stayed at our home with our older dog and really made us and our dog feel comfortable! Her communication is great and we would definitely request her services again. Thank you Lauren!

This was our first time using Rover, and we're super impressed with Lauren! We had initially requested a stay in, but she was busy and had to decline. However, she compromised with us and was able to drop in so our pets were still taken care of! She dropped by for a meet and greet before we left, and it was clear to see she cared about our animals. Lauren took the time to get on their levels, making sure they were comfortable before doing anything further. The pictures that were taken and sent to us were very adorable, and super assuring that they were given the attention and care they needed when we weren't home! The next time we use Rover, I hope we can book Lauren again!
