Pet care experience
I realized that I’m a dog lover a little later in life and feel like I’m making up for lost time! I’ve cared for and trained a puppy from 8 weeks to 9 months old, and am currently the proud dog-mom to two rescue mutts - a 4 year old sweet boy named Louis and a 2 year old precious girl named JoJo. During the past few years I’ve provided in home, overnight sitting for pups in both Pittsburgh and NYC, hosted dogs in my own home and did drop in visits and walks. We recently relocated to Saint Petersburg, FL and are enjoying the gorgeous weather and becoming part of the community. We love walking around our neighborhood (the Pink Streets) and checking out the nearby parks. Happy to take exquisite care of your fur baby as if he or she was my own. Open to walks and drop-ins, currently.

Lauren is responsible, detail oriented, and filled to the brim with pure love for little furry friends. She's gentle with all creatures but very happy to rev up the energy and play hard enough to exhaust even the peppiest dog.
Lauren has been a great pet sitter. She is timely, consistent and full of love for all animals. She will make a great asset to your community. She helped me out in many times of need- from overnights to full weeks out of town. Her love of dogs goes beyond the typical.
Lauren has cared for our Emmie (our Dobe) and gives so much love and kisses to her. Emmie looks around for her when she isn't here. She is a huge fan of dogs, calling them "friend", and taking great care of them.

I have a fenced-in yard at home where my fur babies love to run around and hang out. At clients' homes, I am open to whatever your preferences are: letting your dogs out in your own yard, taking them for walks, or just being there for some QT or company after a bathroom break.

A typical day
Your dog can look forward to walks around the block or some play time with his or her favorite toy. If your dog is social, happy to take him or her to dog parks or The Dog Bar, one of my favorite places in town!
