Pet care experience
I've personally been surrounded by, owned, and loved dogs and cats for the past 11 years. I’ve done all kinds of pet sitting for friends and family for about 7 years to make money on the side. I personally prefer bigger dogs (especially bully breeds) but have experience with all sizes. Your furry friends will be in very responsible hands!

Lauren was wonderful. Both dogs and the cat took to her right away. The animals were fed and loved. We accidentally ran out of one medication and Lauren contacted us immediately. The house was neat and clean when we got home. The experience with Lauren was great and we will definitely use her again.
My family has been blessed to find Lauren to watch our 3 dogs. They can be a handful but Lauren always seems to be in charge. We made sure to explain to her how crazy our dogs can be and with that information she has been able to stay in control. She always sends us pictures so my children can enjoy them while we are away. She has both house sat and done drop-ins for us and has always been responsible. We wouldn't trust our dogs to anyone else!
Lauren has been amazing - super reliable, trustworthy, very flexible and accommodating, even with last minute notice. She takes great care of our fur child and uses good judgment even without explicit instructions (eg she made sure not to let our dog play with toys while healing from surgery). She stayed at our house while we were on vacation and did a great job. My dog is dog reactive, so I am very particular about who is watching her and making sure they follow directions. She even went above and beyond and was willing to take care of our aquarium, rats and turtle. Now she comes for a drop in every week while we are at work and my dog loves her!! I would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
Lauren is one of the best in the game. Sometimes I feel like my Bull Aussie likes her more than me. She puts care into her work and it really shows. 10/10 would recc Lauren again.

Any and all care needs will be thoroughly discussed when first meeting in person. Additional changes or questions/concerns on either end can be addressed through text/call at any time! I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as I can. I currently do this job full time. If you are booking an overnight stay, please be aware that I will likely have other clients with scheduled drop-ins/walks throughout the day. I will be sure to get back to your pets as soon as possible, but I may need up to 4 hour time periods to assist my other clients. If you require constant care, additional charges will apply. Every home is different, so please let me know the do’s and don’ts at home with your animal(s). Keep in mind that some animals get anxious when their owners leave, resulting in undesirable behavior. I do my best to help my clients keep a sense of normalcy for their pets, so let me know what a typical day in your life looks like!

Please let me know at our meet-up if your pet(s) have any special needs I should be aware of. Ex: gets separation anxiety easily, not good with other dogs on walks, needs medication administered, etc.

Honestly, every dog has their own interests but I’ve pretty much seen it all. Please let me know if they have a favorite toy and/or favorite walking route so I can help them feel as comfortable as possible.

Since graduating from Cal Poly SLO in March, I have a fully opened my schedule to pet sitting. I’m more of a night person, so I prefer appointments after 9am.
