Lauren and Dan here! Dogs have been a part of our life for as long as we can remember. We have loved and cared for senior dogs, fostered and dog sat for young pups, as well as adopted our own furry friends. We are active with our dogs-we love beach walks and hiking trails. Let us care for your dog in our home! They will have the best time and get all the love and care they need during their stay ☺️

Lauren and Dan are great people. Their dog Mia is just as excellent. I left my adored 13-year-old dog with them, and my dog returned in a better mood than when I left her there. When I went to leave, my dog wanted to stay with Lauren, Dan and Mia! What!? :) Thank you, Lauren, Dan, and Mia, for all you do!
Lauren was great, we needed a last minute Walker and she took Sammy on a great walk.
Lauren did great with our boys! Communication was great and she sent lots of pics! Would definitely book her again!
I have known Lauren for 15 years. She has been a dog owner and dog lover since I've known her. She was a very caring dog mom to her 2 dogs that lived to 18+ years and her new pup is fun, sweet, and well behaved. I trust her with my dog and highly recommend her.

We currently have 1 dog-Mia. She is a 6 year old Southern Cur mix. She is sweet and playful and wants to be friends we everyone! At our home, we have a lot of outside time while monitoring as well as walks throughout the day. While caring for dogs in a different location, I expect specific guidelines so dog and I can stay safe and comfortable. You can trust we will keep your dog on a leash at all times if they can not be trusted off leash. If you prefer your dog to be crated at any point during their stay, you can provide your own crate. Any further questions, just ask!

Mia is always so excited to meet others! She can look intimidating but is submissive, knows her place, and is actually quite afraid of the strangest things. She will be one’s best friend if you let her!
A typical day
Fun activities with your furry friend can include play time with toys (I have plenty!) Walks will be around the neighborhood, the beach, or jockey’s ridge is one of our faves!

Availability
Our ever changing schedule allows us to work around pets’ needs. Generally our days are free, allowing for walks and play time. Dinner is provided before work in the evenings and then always a walk afterwards.
