Pet care experience
To some, a dog is just that: a dog. For me, a dog is so much more than that: a best friend, companion, fur-child. I view every dog, and all animals for that matter, as family members. With that being said, beginning at a young age, I have always had a passion towards caring for all walks of life and since then I have developed a dream of helping animals in need and their families. Along with gaining experience working with animals all of my life, for the past 2 years I have worked professionally as a Pet Care Professional and gained valuable information in regards to caring for animals as well as training them. I have advanced knowledge pertaining to dogs with behavioral issues as well and know what proper steps to take in order to care for them. With that being said, what better way to do so than by catering to any house-pets, full-time?! This was our first time using Rover and having our dog go to someone's home for boarding. We were very impressed with Lauren and Rover. We had a last minute boarding request right before the holiday weekend; Lauren came out to our home to meet Lexi and answer any questions we might have. Lauren sent frequent updates and lots of pics throughout the whole time. She took Lexi on lots of walks and treated her as if she was her own pet. This was a much better experience than traditional boarding. Lauren is a true dog lover and really cares about ensuring they have a great experience while staying with her. We will certainly work with Lauren again for any pet sitting or boarding needs. Top notch all the way.
Lauren is the most capable and reliable person I know of to care for your pet! She is full of experience and always exhibits genuine care and patience when responsible for any animal. Her experience with her own dog, and in past work, has surely made her a great caregiver!
Lauren is a great caregiver! Lauren has taken care of my border collie, Lena, multiple weekends and twice for a full week. I HIGHLY recommend using Lauren for your pets needs!! She is a responsible, professional, and loving caretaker.

A typical day
I live an extremely active lifestyle! Productive walks will be provided daily around my neighborhood which provides a number of dog-friendly trails submerged in nature (2 x's a day minimum, 30 minutes each). Also, your dog-friendly pup will be given ample time for socialization with my extremely friendly dog. You cannot forget about play-time and exercise! I can promise to provide fetch at the local vacant dog-park down the street, as well as fetch indoors. Most importantly, countless snuggles and belly-rubs will be given on the regular!
