Hello! I started dog-sitting on Rover over 2 years ago while in PA school and have loved taking care of everyone’s dogs & cats. Since graduating from school, I am continuing taking care of pets because who doesn’t love puppy cuddles?! I will start my new job in the hospital at the end of March, but until then, I will be happy to take care of your pet! Leaving your pet behind while on vacation can be nerve-wracking but I do everything I can to try to ease their anxiety. We will play, walk, and make sure that their routine stays the same while you’re away. Some things I like to know about your pets are their reactivity to people, other dogs, allergies, medications, and just any funny/cute quirks they have! I always ensure during my stay that all doors and windows are locked during the night or if I have to step out.

Lauren is amazing! We were so nervous to leave our semi-blind 9 year old Morkie but we couldn't have asked for a more caring and competent sitter. Lauren was wonderful. Our older dog Walter loved having her as company and was sorry to see her go. He was happy and animated when we arrived home. We felt very comfortable leaving him in her care.

I sometimes have my fiancé help me out with taking out the dog if there is a conflict of schedules for whatever reason but only if you are comfortable with him staying or stopping by your home. He’s a huge dog lover as well!

Any food allergies, medications, any expected guests that may stop by and how your dog reacts to other people/ dogs on walks. Also where you do you dispose of your dogs “droppings”?
A typical day
We will play some tug of war which is always popular with the dogs I watch! Walks are always done if the dogs are used to that. If not, I make sure the dogs get some outside time!
