Pet care experience
With my background working for world class zoos and aquariums, I have professional experience working with not only cats and dogs, but also a variety of reptiles, birds, insects, amphibians, and fish! I currently have 3 cats (1 senior and 2 recent rescues), 2 dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog and a Golden puppy), and 1 snake (a rainbow boa). I am experienced in positive reinforcement training, grooming (brushing, bathing, and nail trims), administering medications (orally, and sub q), enrichment, and of course- giving lots of love and attention!

Lauren went above and beyond taking care of my dog and my house while I was out of town for a week. She sent daily pictures/updates, and even kept an eye on my basement that was having flooding issues. When I got home, my dog was healthy and happy and my house was cleaner than I left it!
Lauren is awesome!!! We have 3 large dogs and they can be a lot. Lauren took great care of them and our house. I would love for her to stay with our pups again. Highly recommend!!!

I have an interesting day job, working as a hiking guide for a local park, so my availability is unique. I am available for drop in visits and dog walking- with very limited availability for boarding or house sitting. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions!
