**About me** Hi! I grew up with several dogs over time and am now the owner of sweet River, a border collie cattle dog mix. I work at a nonprofit in Minneapolis and live with my fiancé. I have experience sitting dogs of all sizes for friends, neighbors, and family members, and I'd love to welcome your furry friend for a short while. If you're boarding your dog with us over the weekend, we will be around 24/7 to play and make your dog comfortable, but if you'd like to keep your dog with us over weekdays, I do work an eight-hour job. Your dog wouldn't be unsupervised for more than eight hours if this is the case. **About my home/services** I live in a 2-bedroom duplex in Uptown. We have the first floor and basement, and shared backyard that is partly fenced in. I offer weekend overnight boarding services and daycare during weekends. **About my neighborhood** Our neighborhood is very dog-friendly. There is plenty of sidewalk and back street paths. We are also a short jaunt from Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles Lake paths, as well as the Lake of the Isles dog park - one of River’s favorites. Several of the businesses in the area have dog-friendly outside patios as well. **What to expect** Any dog visiting will enjoy many cuddles, leisurely and/or athletic walks, and a whole lot of love. River is the perfect playmate and loves to have company. He plays well with big dogs and small. We've got dog bones on hand and will feel out whether your dog wants to sleep with company or on its own.
