Pet care experience
I have been caring for animals from a very young age. I grew up riding horses since age 7. I always worked off my riding around the barn. I have also been an employee of Davis’ Farmland, caring for everything from domestic to exotic animals. I studied marine biology and animal behavior on college. I have had pets of my own in the past who have lived long happy life’s, I do not have any pets at the moment but I’m aching to get a dog, so you know I will treats yours as if my own!! I’m also very good at staying in communication with you regarding your pet. Hourly updates/texts or photos if requested :) I’m an animal lover in general! Also, please air any concerns you might have! I integrate pet care into my own daily care routine, we get ready together, eat meals together and get our daily recommended exercise and walking outside together. I live in the woods in a dead end street, plenty of trails and walking space! I do not have a fenced in yard but prefer to go on hikes and adventures; dog parks if your dog is happy and comfortable with them!

Lauren is an animal lover through and through. She has always gravitated toward animals and caring for them is in her blood. Lauren started riding horses at the age of 6. To pay for her lessons, she volunteered at the stables caring for the animals and mucking their stalls. She got her first pet at age 5, a lhassapoo puppy named Chloe. She has also helped care for two family Siamese kittens, Simba and Cali, and just last year she purchased her own kitten. Her love for animals doesn't stop with her own pets either. While she currently has a cat, she greatly misses the company of dogs. She spent two summers caring for a family friend's husky. Since the gentleman traveled often for work, he asked if Lauren could bring him for walks, feed him and/or let him out when needed. She also loves to pick up my aunt's dog, Luna, and bring her for walks occasionally. Overall, I think she would be an excellent companion for anyone's dog. She has a knack for animals and they can definitely sense it, cause I haven't met an animal yet that doesn't gravitate toward her!

I love to go to local parks with the dogs, local dog parks. I’m huge into hiking so if your dog is able, they’ll join me hiking. Or a moderately flat walking surface for older/handicap dogs
