Firstly, I always make sure that I know of any allergies, injuries, medications, illness, anything that requires special attention. I need to know if your dog gets along with other dogs and/or if you feel comfortable with them staying with another dog in the house. Next, I'd love a heads up regarding how your pup behaves on a walk. Can they be walked around/with any other dogs? How do they react to people/kids trying to pet or approach them? Do they pull or wear any special harness/head collars to prevent any negative behavior? Are they allowed to go to a dog park or have any special places that they prefer to go to do their business? Of course, these are all things that we would cover during a first meeting before you require my services. Meeting your dog in your home with you present is a very important part of this process in my opinion. I don't particularly have any breed specifications, I do live in a rather small apartment. So that only enables me to take 1 dog on at a time especially if they are large.

If your dog came to my house to stay they would have plenty to do! If they get along with other dogs and Penny (my pup) is home, they will have her to play with which is always exciting! I have a fenced in grass yard that they can run. I also do daily walks to the park down the street to get their exercise in. My apartment is rather small, but it is a pup's paradise. Lots of beds and toys to play with all over the place!
