Dogmom of 2, ready to help you!
Pet care experience
Hello, I have been caring for animals all of my life. Dogs have always been a part of my family, and while growing up, I have 4-legged siblings. Having a 4-legged friend is important, and I have instilled the same into my own (2) children. I currently have (2) 2-legged boys, and (2) 4-legged Pit mix's. My home has loved, and cared for German Shepard mix's, Alaskan Malamutes, Pit mix's, lizards, kittens, and fish. I love my animals. I love all animals (except snakes as pets, and spiders). I am here & ready to help care for your 4-legged family member.
Reviews
Lauren did a great job taking care of our two dogs and watching over our home. It was comforting to see the pictures she sent, and it was obvious the dogs were happy and well taken care of in our home.
Lauren is the best! She is a hard worker and will treat any animal with the utmost respect and intentionality. I would most definitely trust her with my pup Chance as she is reliable as they come.

My home has a fenced in backyard, and also backs up to the prairie path for ease of daily walks. I will care for your 4-legged family member in your home, while respecting your rules and guidelines that pertain to your 4-legged family member's safety.
Information Lauren B. would like to know about your pet
How does your furbaby react to new friends? Children? Even other dogs when in public? Any medications needing to be administered, I am happy to do so, simply provide their favorite treat to reward them after!
A typical day
I love to go for walks around the neighborhood. Depending on a dogs energy level, we can venture out for .5miles, up to 5miles. You may even catch me on rollerblades with some furry friends!

My youngest Pit mix was diagnosed with IMHA earlier this year, so our routine is a little different. We go through a meds routine in the AM, morning walk (rotation between the (2) 4-legged family members) and feeding. Afternoon is play time for 15-20 mins, burn some more energy, then nap time. The evening, weather pending we go for a walk or sit outside and play ball, then evening meds routine. On a monthly basis, we see the vet for bloodwork check ups. In the early stages of the IMHA diagnosis I would prepare homecooked meals with added supplements for internal healing and recovery for my pup.
