I proudly worked at the Red BarnCat Clinic/ Cat Hotel for 4.5 years. I was responsible for much of the care of the boarding cats and patients. This meant when I would open/ close the clinic I would follow specific and detailed instructions for each cat to ensure that they had the best care. This included feeding them, making sure they had fresh clean water, a clean, soft, warm place to sleep, a place to hide and feel safe, and if medications if necessary. I loved caring for each cat as if they were my own and I was genuinely excited to see them every day. I often would assist the Vet and technicians in medical care. So I am comfortable giving medications, fluids, and trimming nails. Even though I would at a Cat Clinic and Hotel I got quite a lot of experience working with dogs, We had a clinic dog who lived there because he required special medical attention. We also would frequently get a dog in the clinic for vaccinations or boarding. I love all animals and believe every animal is special, worthy of love, and unique. And I am not afraid of cats who could be described as mean by people who don't know them. I have experience pet sitting for a Veterinarian who had 15 cats and one dog. and I currently have two cats of my own.
