Pet care experience
As a former Division 1 college athlete and current youth coach, I am very active and can assure your dog will receive the necessary amount of exercise and attention. I love playing fetch with dogs and am willing to take your dog on a run, but I'd even sit and pet your dog if that's all it wanted to do. I will also provide photo updates, since I take wayyyyy too many dog pictures and excel in taking dog selfies! My house was always filled with dogs growing up, and I now live with a one-year-old Husky. Although I'm most experienced with Labs, we have had Mastiffs, Malti-Poos and everything in between. I also have experience with puppies and can take care of multiple dogs at one time. As a former ASPCA volunteer, I'm confident in handling a dog who might be timid or aggressive around strangers and other dogs. My sister is a certified dog trainer and groomer, so have a basic understanding of training methods and am willing to work with an untrained dog. I am willing to brush and bathe your dog, if needed. I am flexible with scheduling and believe that a meet and greet is a good first step for any new sitting opportunity.

Lauren was awesome!! She sent updates multiple times per day, adhered to Arrow’s schedule and even stayed later than originally planned due to our delayed flight. I will certainly use her again to sit Arrow when we are unable to be home with him. He had a blast!!
It was awesome to return home from vacation to find our dogs as content as they would have been on a normal day. Lauren communicated while we were gone by sending photos and updates on how Baxter and Toby were doing. Leading up to our vacation, the thought of leaving my dogs with someone for even one day was stressful because one of them has strict medication schedule. After meeting Lauren, I knew she could handle it. She asked detailed questions and the dogs seemed to like her right away. I would definitely recommend her for pet sitting or other pet care needs.
Lauren was awesome! Regular communication about our dogs. They both seemed happy upon our return. The house was well cared for as well.
Lauren was great! We needed a sitter last minute for an unexpected trip(in comes Rover). I connected with Lauren. She kept me up to date with photos on walks. The timeline/schedule for our dogs needs was followed perfectly(we have a Ring video doorbell). She was very aware of how our pup was feeling as well as the health of our dog (itching from an allergy). I definitely trust our Hadley was in great hands! Far superior to boarding our dog, who always seems to come back stressed(from other barking dogs) and not in the best condition(has peed on herself). I felt so much more relaxed on this trip knowing our pup was able to stay in our home and stick to her routine. Hadley seemed to like Lauren so much I’m not sure she quite missed us this time.
