I've known Lauren for a few years. She's done a lot of fostering of pups coming from questionable environments until they got adopted, and every time I've witnessed that she quickly gained the respect and full attention of that pup. I witnessed the same thing with my wife's dog who I'd classify as the most stubborn animal on the planet, yet in almost no time at all, she trained him with a few new basic tricks that would calm him down and listen to her direction. When she's with any dog, whether it was her own pup, one she is fostering, or one that she was sitting for, that pup always came first, ahead of people. Somehow even with dogs she just meets, she takes no time at all to create a bond. Her dedication is continuous; I've seen her regularly pass on social activities in favor of ensuring taking care of animals. Lauren is very trustworthy, and one of the few people we've been comfortable with having access to our home when we're not there. So regardless of the pet sitting arrangement, you won't go wrong engaging Lauren to care for your pet while you're away.
