Pet care experience
Hello :) My name is Laurel I am 22 and just moved back to Pawleys Island from Raleigh, NC. I am in school right now to become a surgical nurse. I have a eight year old Yellow Lab and a sixteen year old Pomeranian/Shiba Inu mix that recently passed. I grew up taking care of/training my pups and was the main caretaker until my recent move away. I also have four cats that me and my boyfriend rescued. Plus, three more family cats at home. I love animals with a passion. I am actually hoping to rescue another dog very soon. I’ve also cared for countless of friends and families dogs/cats too. I know animal CPR from my EMT classes and can administer medicine from experience with my own pups. Lastly, I have been vaccinated and can provide proof!

This was our 2nd time having Laurel house sit for us. As always our furry kids were well taken care of and loved on while we were away. They were happy and relaxed when we got home. (Grommet did keep staring out the front windows and whining all evening. I think he misses you lol). Thanks again, Laurel!

A typical day
You’re furry friend will receive lots of pets, exercise, constant play and ample time to explore nearby dog friendly parks and trails! I can also provide quality chill time for pets with a calmer temperament. Let me know their favorite activities and i’ll make sure it’s in the schedule. My number one priority is making sure you’re pets are comfortable and happy while you are away. :D
