Hello, I'm Lauran! I believe that dogs give us so much, and ask for so little in return. I'm a work from home dog mom with one little old lady who likes to nap. I've been a part of her pack for the last 10 years, and have also fostered pitties and puppies in the past. Important Information: QUOTES: Making sure that your pets get exactly what they need while you're away is extremely important. If you submit a request to me for services, and the cost seems abnormally high, please contact me. If you would like to extend a drop-in visit for more than the allotted time, please contact me. There are not a lot customization options within the initial request form, but I promise to provide a custom quote that is tailored to accommodate all of your needs. What you can expect while you're away: DETAILED ROVER CARDS: Rover Cards make it easy for us to stay in constant communication while you're away. I'll keep you updated with a summary of my visit, any abnormalities, and lots of pictures of course! You'll know when my visit starts, where we ventured to on our walks, and all of the details surrounding potty breaks and meal times. 30 MINUTE WALKS: My walks with your pet will happen rain or shine (unless you specify otherwise). If severe weather occurs, we will still go out for a potty break, and then come back inside for play time. I am comfortable walking up to two medium to large dogs at a time, and three small to medium dogs at a time. DROP IN VISITS: My drop-in visits will always include a potty break and a short walk. These visits are also great for cuddle time, and are the best for providing a sense of normalcy while you're away. Just being present, and doing normal things like turning on the television, or quiet belly rubs can be really calming for a pet that is missing you. OVERNIGHT STAYS: My overnight stays are from 9:00pm to 7:30am, and include one evening walk and one morning walk. I'm happy to offer a mid-day visit for a reduced rate to complement this service. My rate overnight rate covers up to 3 dogs per night, so please contact me if your quote is giving you an estimate per dog. A little more about me: I love rescues and definitely come from a dog family! Me, my parents and siblings have a total of 6 dogs, and at times had as many as 13 between us - needless to say that our holidays are full of party animals and good times! :) Our fur babies range from puppies to seniors, and my heart absolutely flutters for them all! I'm patient, calm and compassionate - and I love all breeds and ages! I'm multi-dog household friendly, and I'm particularly considerate of behaviors or traits that make your dog unique. I'm looking forward to getting to know your furry family members, so bring on the puppy play dates and senior snuggles!

We found ourselves in a bit of a bind when we contacted our previous dog sitter and found he could no longer help us out with our boys. We are so thankful we found Lauran. She was absolutely amazing! We cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of the boys. We are always so worried leaving them, especially now that they are older. She absolutely put our minds at ease. The updates every visit were awesome and allowed us to relax a lil more on vacation knowing the boys were in such good hands. We will most certainly be contacting her for drop-ins again.
Lauran is amazing. In just a few days she helped Bailey become a better dog which makes me want to be a better pet parent. She will definitely be my first choice when I need to use a Rover in the future.

It's important for me to meet all resident pooches in their homes to make sure that they are comfortable with me. Knowing your pet's energy level is also very important to me, along with any quirks or behaviors that make your dog special. I have a Corgi mix, so I'm comfortable with active barkers or highly vocal breeds. I also had a Beagle mix who LOVED to play fetch (she slept with her ball), so I understand persistent behaviors.
A typical day
Let's hit the pavement! I walk on average 2 to 5 miles everyday, and would love to have your pooch along for the stroll! I'm comfortable walking up to three dogs at a time, and will always make sure that your dogs are safe secure and happy! I'll rely on you to give suggestions within your neighborhood, especially if your pooch has a favorite path!
