Hi, My name is Laura and I am a working professional in Denver. Unfortunately, my job is too demanding to allow me to have my own (big) dog and give them the attention/time they deserve seven days a week. The highlight of my day is picking up my mom's dog, Gracie, and taking her for a run around the lake--or going on big hikes. You can't help but be happy around dogs--they're the most amazing animals. We had dogs my entire life. And in more recent years, I've volunteered at two different animal shelters. My primary duties were playing with dogs, taking them on walks, and cleaning their kennel area. It was difficult leaving each week, without adopting one of them!
