Hi! My name is Laura. I am a pediatric nurse. I absolutely love what I do, and that my schedule allows me time during the week to do the things I love- and to help you give your pets the love and attention they need! Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats that were treated as essential members of the family. In high school I started house sitting and dog sitting for family friends and neighbors, then I nannied all throughout college and took care off the pets of their families like they were my own. I currently work night shift, but typically flip back to a day shift schedule on my off days- so I am available at very flexible hours for your pups! I love to explore Cincinnati’s beautiful dog friendly parks, and the apartment complex I live in has its own fenced in dog park with an obstacle course. Laura is amazing. She stayed in our home and took care of our high energy dog and two cats. She watered my outdoor plants during a drought and kept everything running super smoothly. As I walked her through my house and babbled many many details, she took every one of them in. My husband was hesitant to have a stranger staying in our home while we were away. But after he met her, he felt at ease. It was definitely the right choice for us and I absolutely recommend Laura as a trustworthy, reliable person to watch your pets and/or home.
Laura has been a reliable friend, co-worker and dog sitter of mine for the last four years! She has helped watch my two kittens and my dog, Nala, on several occasions. I have a schedule that tends to change at the drop of a hat and she is always willing to come early or keep my animals longer than anticipated. I feel most comfortable asking her to watch them when I am gone because I know they will be loved as if they were her own.
Anybody who knows Laura knows she is an animal lover at heart. Whether she is caring for her own fur babies or someone else’s, she provides excellent care and treats them like they are her own! She has watched my dogs and cats on multiple occasions while I was out of town. Now, they get excited when she walks in the door because they know they will be getting some extra love :) I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
