Hi, my name is Laura and I live with my boyfriend Dec. I have a four-year-old springer spaniel called Barney at my family home and since moving out two years ago, my house now feels very quiet and empty without a dog! I have helped my family with Barney since he was a puppy so fine with both puppies and older dogs. Dec’s dad has 2 x Shih Tzus (less than 1 year old) who we have looked after for weeks at a time so also experienced boarding 2 dogs at one time. My friend also has a Vizsla and a Labmaraner and have looked after and walked them on numerous occasions.

Laura and Dec do not only provide dog boarding, they made our little timid girl feel instantly like home! We were worried at first as she is scared of new people but within a day she was having cuddles on the sofa! We could not believe what a traitor she was when we were getting regular updates from Laura 😊 Our dog was happy and well looked after. Will definitely be using Laura’s and Dec’s services again ♥️
A big thank you to Lauren and Declan for looking after Sasha our little Pomeranian on Sunday and Monday. They are both very caring and obviously love dogs, they welcomed Sasha into their home completely and she made herself very comfortable on their sofa! Couldn’t have left Sasha with anyone more reliable and attentive, I would thoroughly recommend this couple.
Laura and Dec provided a home from home for Maple during her stay. Their love for dogs shines through. Thank you both for caring so well for Maple. She’s looking forward to staying again in the future. As an anxious dog mother it was lovely to get the regular pupdates x
Elsie had such a good time that we can't walk past Laura's house now without her pulling on the lead to get into the drive. I'm a very anxious owner and this was my first experience using Rover and Laura and Dec were so good at making me feel more relaxed and I will definitely be booking with them again.

We live in a three bedroom semidetached house in WA4, with a nice big enclosed garden for your dog to run around endlessly! Happy for them to come and join us on the sofa, in fact we’d love nothing more! Also happy for your dog to roam around freely upstairs if this is something you allow. We are also happy to crate your dog if crate trained.

A typical day
We love walks to the Dingle, down the canal to Walton Gardens, Parrs Wood and down the trans penine trail and used to dogs needing walks twice daily. If your dog likes to socialise with other dogs, we can join Barney on his walks for some company!

Availability
We are available for boarding - Weekends are great for us as can often be available. We also work from home 2 days a week (flexible) so between us, there are 4 days midweek we are also available. My workplace is even doggy friendly if I needed to take a little helper in with me one of the days if you were looking for a longer term stay!
