Pet care experience
Your pet will be in great hands. I grew up with dogs: I get along with them and can meet all of their needs. I have a deep love and respect for all animals, and will work to make them as comfortable and happy as possible. I can promise you excellent care, top-notch instruction following, and a very, very happy pet. I am used to pets of all mannerisms: energetic, mellow, nervous, shy— you name it. Laura is wonderful. She took excellent care of our senior dog, going above and beyond to maintain her care instructions including her special diet, etc. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely ask Laura to stay again.

Laura was a fantastic pet sitter! She took such good care of our senior dog and cat while we were away for the holidays. We returned to a clean house with happy pets. While we were gone, we got daily updates and photos and she even took our dog to her family's Christmas gathering so he wouldn't be alone. I could not recommend her more!

I will meet your/your pet’s needs in terms of care. I’m great at following instructions, and will stick to whatever food/ medicine/ outside time schedule you need. I will always make sure that your pet always has clean drinking water, and I will take your pet out frequently to go to the bathroom. I can go on long walks, short runs, and I’m happy to take your dog to parks and throw tennis balls for them too :) I have a lot of experience taking care of senior dogs, so if your pet needs to take it easy on walks I’m happy to take them on shorter walks in hip-friendly, flat areas.

I am happy with any dog, all sizes and ages, although I don’t have experience caring for young puppies. I’d like to know about your dogs energy level and mannerisms ahead of time— I don’t want to make a nervous pet uncomfortable. I would also like to know about any medical conditions so I can give the best care that I am able.
A typical day
I love to walk dogs around the neighborhood and to local parks, if they enjoy socializing I can bring them to dog parks. I will play with them at home with toys as well, and give them a lot of attention if they want it. I’m also very used to caring for skittish and shy pets, and will give them space when they need it.
