Pet care experience
I've had dogs all of my life, and have been a dog sitter and walker on multiple occasions. I'm a lover of the outdoors, and animals of all kinds. I have watched all different sizes and breeds of dogs. I have a degree in Dietetics, nutrition and food science from the University of Vermont, and love to make homemade, healthy treats for my pets. I believe exercise makes everyone happy, and in my opinion, dogs just make life better!

I have no breed preferences. I believe that dogs are inherently good, but sometimes they aren't raised knowing love or kindness, which can make for nervous or antisocial behavior. It would be good to know if the dog likes other dogs and people/children. Where does the dog like to walk/play? Where are owners comfortable with their dog going? Does the dog have any allergies or health issues?
A typical day
Depending on the dog (dog friendly?), I would love to go on long walks or go to local parks. I also like to go hiking (if the owner doesn't mind). It would depend on what the owner wants for their dog.
