I was the Dog Program Manager at Austin Pets Alive, and prior to that, I was Behavior Manager at Austin Pets Alive. Now I work from home while I snuggle my little dogs!

Laura loves each animal like they're her own--the love, care, and compassion she pours into each animal she cares for is evident! Laura specializes in the smaller, older, more medically-needy pups and she loves the pups who might need a special touch or some extra time to warm up to people :) I would trust Laura with any animal!
I have never met anyone who cares as deeply for dogs - or who is as knowledgeable about how to care for them - as Laura. In addition to her incredibly impressive and extensive experience working with the wonderful pooches at Austin Pets Alive, she is a loving and kind Mom to two wonderful K9's of her own. I truly can't think of anyone else whom I'd feel more comfortable entrusting my dogs with. She ROCKS...your dogs will agree with me!

A typical day
I work from home, so I can take dogs into my backyard for supervised breaks as much as they want! I work outside in the yard if my dogs want to stay out there for a while.
