Laura was very nice and sent me many pictures of Dallas and gave me text updates. She also came to pick up Dallas from Uhaul to save me time. I had just drove from San Diego in a Uhaul truck. My husband was flying into Fort Lauderdale. to meet me there for his 50th birthday. It was a very tight timeline and I was on a huge time crunch. I was in a huge bind since I had to pick him up, drop off the Uhaul and we had to continue to drive to Key West. Most of the hotels would not let my dog join us. I am a first timer to Rover. Laura was very nice, accommodating my crazy situation. Laura was late 20 minutes to the pick up, which caused my husband to have to wait an extra 20 minutes at the curb. In addition there was a instance that she text me he was short of breath and

Laura was wonderful! She was very good with my dog while I was away. Laura took Jade on long walks and to dog parks and the beach too. I felt very comfortable leaving Jade with Laura. I would highly recommend Laura.
