Laura and her husband were absolutely wonderful! Our dog was there over Christmas and they had a hook for his stocking when we dropped him off! Really above and beyond. Easy communication, flexible, and they kept us updated with photos! Their dogs are so sweet and friendly as well, our dog was clearly comfortable with them from the first moments of the meet and greet. We’ll definitely look for them the next time we need someone.

Laura took on Dixie for the longest stay that Dixie has had with a Rover Dog Boarder to date and without a test stay prior. Obviously Laura and husband made Dixie feel right at home because she settled in with even the family's two dogs within 24 hours. Dixie almost seemed to hate to leave although she was glad to see me and ready to go to "her house." But Laura had taken excellent care of Dixie and treated her well because Dixie was very much at ease when I picked her up. I'd use Laura again in a heartbeat and already am making arrangements for two more trips and possibly a third this year. In addition I am very pleased with the set up that Laura has for handling boarded pets. I had a previous Dog Boarder with Rover and was afraid I would not find someone as good as the previous Boarder. Laura is not only as good as, but I feel is even better than my first experience with Rover. Yup, I'm VERY pleased.
