Pet care experience
I've had my basset hound Chandler for 8 years, and since then have grown to love dogs so much. I watch pets for my friends and family and have recently helped rescue a lab/shepherd mix with my brother who needed a loving home, structure and consistency. I treat every pet like they are my own - showering them with love, belly rubs, and i'll admit- some baby talk. I have a passion for animals and believe they are an extension of our family - pure of heart!

Laura is amazingly kind and patient!!! If you are nervous to find the perfect sitter for your fur baby, look no further!!!! Laura was wonderful for our dog! He was very anxious, and she was highly attentive and went way above and beyond to make him comfortable and feel safe!! Plus, she sent me many updates and pictures, which I greatly appreciated. Other bonus: she also has an older dog and ramps to get up and down at her home, so it was perfect for older dogs who can’t jump!!! We would highly recommend Laura and would book with her again in a heartbeat!!
Pets are Laura’s passion and your pup will be in good hands with her! She frequently dogsits for her friends and always provides excellent care for them. I highly recommend her as the right choice to watch your pooch!

A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks around my quiet neighborhood! If the dog is in need of working off a lot of energy, I'll take them to a park/long walking trail or a dog park if approved by the owner. We also have lost of fun toys for indoor play!

I work from home which allows me to be very flexible in my routine. I tend to have most nights free as well and many weekends.
