I'm a full time stay at home mom to our dog loving children. Our good old Boston Terrier, just passed away recently and he is terribly missed. We love all dogs, and have a great walking neighborhood with a large 1.5 acre yard, with plenty of room to play. On hot summer days, there is even a fun little creek that dogs love to take a dip in. We love dogs, especially small and loving ones and would love to share our home with some new furry friends! Our daughter loves puppies, and all dogs in general and is very gentle with them - but does like to feed them while enjoying her own meals. Most dogs love this, but we would need to know if that would be ok for our visiting friends. I've been around dogs, or dog/house sitting since I was 18. I've handled blind dogs, big furry puppies, young dogs that like to pull on their lead.. and multiple dogs that walk at different speeds. We've loved and hosted many dogs in our old state, but mostly for family and friends. We are very good at a routine throughout the day, so if your dog thrives on some consistency, we can provide that to help them feel more comfortable. We have plenty of blankets for dogs to relax on the couch with and love to cuddle after a good day of playing. I have an extra tub as well, designated for doggies, so could provide baths if things get messy, if your dog likes the water.
