Pet care experience
Hello everyone! I am a current licensed veterinary technician and i have experience in dealing with all types of dogs and cats with different behavioral and medical needs, thanks to my time working at the humane society. I have four pets of my own and love spending time with them as well as meeting new ones. I do not shy away from dogs that others may perceive as "aggresive" and have some basic training provided from my job when it comes to dealing with dogs who are impulsive, reactive, and/or shy. I am open to answering any other questions one might have!

Laura did a great job watching our dogs while we were gone. She sent pictures and updates of the dogs and took great care of them. Even left the house clean for when we got back.

When I am taking care of any pet, there safety is my priority. When taking them out I will always have them on a leash. I have a seat belt strap that attaches to dog collars/harness when I have them in the car with me.

Having two dogs of my own I would like to know whether or not the dog is dog friendly or their common behavior when meeting new dogs. I have no dog breed preference.
A typical day
I have two dogs of my own and if all get along well I enjoy doing play dates and taking them to the field near my house. I also like taking dogs on the trail that runs behind my house. It is part of the San Luis Mission Trail. However, if your dog is staying with me at my house I also have another fence separating the yard. So if by the chance the dogs don't get along I have a way to separate them in the yard.

Availability
I work a 4/10 schedule, so please keep that in mind. I work 4 days and I am off for 3. The days I work I will be away from your pet for 10 to 11 hours. I do have an hour lunch where I can definitely do any midday medications (of course depending on location).
