I have been taking care of pets since I was 6 years old. I started pet sitting for others in middle school and have been doing it for 13 years since. Right now I currently have 3 dogs and 1 cat, all rescues. My spouse is a service dog trainer for other fellow Veterans, so there is a good chance your pup may have some more training when they come home! I work with an organization called Mission 22 Service Dogs to help rescue dogs to place with Veterans as trained service dogs and battle buddies (companion dogs). Almost all of my friends and family have either dogs or cats so I am always around animals and helping out with them. I love animals and it's a passion of mine to see they receive the care, attention and love that they need and deserve! I work from home right now during the weekdays so if you are local I am able to pop in for early morning walks/feedings and afternoon/evening walks/feedings. I can also dog sit at my house during the day/overnight with animals who are good with other dogs and cats. My dogs are all good with others, 1 is a service dog for my spouse another goes to doggy daycare herself to play 3 days a week. I can also walk and sit on the weekends. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are tricky, I have a few previous engagements that I have to work around but able to make it work if needed! I have a fenced in yard and 3 dogs who love to play with others to keep your pet secure. I also have the ability to separate or crate if needed in my home. My cat is good with other dogs (have not tried him with other cats, he is a relatively new addition to our household after our previous cat passed away), he also has a few spots in the house where he likes to go nap and hang out if he does not want to be around the dogs.
